At LumenSleep, we want you to sleep soundly. If your new ambient light isn't the perfect fit for your sanctuary, we are here to help.
1. The 30-Night "Rest Easy" Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered. We encourage you to use the lamp for at least a week to see how the warm glow transforms your evening ritual. If you’re still not satisfied, you may initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

The lamp is in the same condition that you received it.

It is in its original packaging (including all inserts and protective foam).

You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Your peace of mind is our priority. If your lamp arrives damaged, flickering, or defective:

Please inspect your order upon reception.

Contact us at lumensleep007@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include a photo of the damage and your order number.

We will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Products damaged due to the use of improper bulb wattage.
5. How to Start a Return

Email Us: Contact our support team at lumensleep007@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Authorization: Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Ship It Back: Securely pack the lamp to prevent transit damage. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
