At LumenSleep, we believe the journey to a better night’s rest should be seamless. From our warehouse to your bedside table, we handle every order with care to ensure your sanctuary is illuminated just the way you imagined.

1. Processing Times

We know you're eager to transform your space.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin their journey on the following business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your lamp is on its way.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to your inbox. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update once the carrier scans the package. If your package seems to be stuck in transit, reach out to us—we’ll help it find its way home.

3. Shipping Protection & Damage

In line with our 30-Night Guarantee, we take great pride in our "Safe-Arrival" packaging. However, if the journey was a bit too bumpy:

  • Please inspect your lamp immediately upon arrival.

  • If the box or lamp is damaged, contact lumensleep007@gmail.com within 48 hours.

  • As per our refund policy, we will prioritize a replacement shipment for you at zero additional cost.

4. International Shipping

5. Address Accuracy

To ensure your light reaches the right sanctuary, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. LumenSleep is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses, though we will always do our best to help you reroute a package if you catch the error early.
